Question for developers: In Gitlab, how do you push commits into a Merge Request which was created by another person? However, the repository is owned by you.

I suspect that this way of doing things only work on Github :/

@KillianKemps What if you push to the branch associated with the merge request (the fork made by the other dev)?

@Bat I can checkout the Merge Request, however when I push, Gitlab suggest to create a new MR against the one I checked out.

I followed these instructions (bottom of the page) gitlab.com/help/user/project/m

And also, the instructions given directly on the MR to review locally. Which is: `git checkout -b username/repository-and-branch_name FETCH_HEAD`

@KillianKemps What if you push to the branch associated with the merge request (the fork made by the other dev)?
